Between the Notes: A Night of Jazz on Vinyl

Between The Notes: A Night of Jazz on Vinyl listening sessions returns to The Cellar on Treadwell, Thurs, 5/14 at 7pm.

This all vinyl series hosted by DJ Ben Lovejoy will feature special guest, Sneaky DJ aka Richard J aka the man behind Sneaky Richard’s food. Sneaky has been collecting records since he inherited a few of his grandparents at the influential age of 12. Since getting his hands on wax for the first time, he’s been mystified by the large format and technology. Shortly after he found himself seeking out punk/hardcore and pretty much any music he could find in physical form. He’s been digging all genres ever since and plans to showcase his eclectic taste with a an all vinyl jazz set on 5/14.

The collaborative mix will touch on everything from Post Bop to modern jazz from the US and beyond!

Join us for final time before we debut the next iteration of Between the Notes coming in June.
