Black Wytche is reuniting for a ONE TIME ONLY performance with the ORIGINAL TRIO!! The show will take place where it all began, in our hometown of Hamden,CT. Our good friends at The Cellar on Treadwell have so kindly welcomed us to play their fine establishment for this special occasion.
This show takes place exactly 40 years to the date of our very first gig at Sneakers in 1986!! Please join us for a night of Metal, Nostalgia, Memories, Beer and Friends, both old and new.
This isn't a standard concert. On top of the live performance there will be segments of story telling from the band as well as a Q&A session between the band and audience discussing all things Black Wytche and CT Thrash Metal history.
Our good friend and long time supporter Rich Cyr will be hosting this special evening, interviewing us and sharing his own memories of the original Connecticut Thrash Metal Scene.
We have been working hard to put together a classic live set for you all and we are so excited to make it all a reality ONE MORE TIME!

This month will feature Lord Lewis the Velvet Knight, one of CT’s premier deep cut selectors, record collectors and radio show hosts. His legendary show, the Rumpus Room on WESU 88.1 FM, has been showcasing the finest selections for 20+ years and he plans to bring those grooves to Hamden for your listening pleasure. Expect nothing but the best from the 60s to 70s soul jazz, jazz funk, and spiritual jazz; spanning classic rare groove to the vibrant contemporary international jazz underground.
He joins our resident selector Lovejoy and the two will be highlighting selections from their extensive vinyl collections on one of the finest sound systems in the state. An all analogue experience is Between the Notes.

The Cellar on Treadwell could not be more excited to host the debut performance of EASTBLOOD (featuring members of Jasta, Dee Snider, Generation Kill, Entierro and more).
EASTBLOOD is a four-piece metal band built on speed, volume, and zero compromise, fusing thrash fury with punk and hardcore aggression. The band features Charlie Bellmore on Vocals & Guitar, Nick Petrino on Guitar, Chris Beaudette on Bass & Vocals, and Rob Youells on Drums.
The band has just released their first single, “GRIFT WITCH" (available now on all streaming platforms) and has completed an eight-song album titled BURN WHAT’S LEFT, set for release later this year.
Their debut performance at The Cellar will be your first chance to hear the full set of new material live - and you DO NOT want to miss it!
